1. General Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cvc6 platform and all its services. By accessing this website or using any service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Terms

A personal account must be created to enjoy the full services of the cvc6 platform. The following applies at the time of registration:

2.1 Registration Information

• Each individual may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information confidential.

2.2 Account Security

Any unauthorized use of the account or security breach must be reported to cvc6 immediately. Transferring, selling, or renting the account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years of age to use the cvc6 platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• During the registration process, you must confirm that you are over 21 years of age.
• cvc6 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.
• If it is proven that a user is a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings and balances will be forfeited.
• Only individuals for whom online gaming is legally permitted may open an account.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

cvc6 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe and transparent platform. The following applies regarding the verification process:

4.1 Required Documents

• A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• Documents proving ownership of the payment method (where applicable).

4.2 Verification Process

cvc6 may request verification to be completed before a withdrawal request or in the case of significant transaction amounts. cvc6 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

5. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at cvc6: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are expected to be credited to the account immediately; slight delays may occur due to technical reasons.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the payment method and cvc6 account must be in the same person's name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• The withdrawal process generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the verification process has not been completed.
• If cvc6 suspects any suspicious transaction or fraud, it reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5.3 Transaction Fees

cvc6 generally does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment provider's own fees may apply, which are outside cvc6's control.

6. Bonus & Promotion Policy

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cvc6 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• The wagering contribution rate may vary across different games.
• Bonuses have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which are published alongside that offer.
• cvc6 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Only one account per household, IP address, or device is eligible to receive a bonus.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

cvc6 provides betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The following rules always apply for betting:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option applies).
• If a technical error occurs in any game, cvc6 reserves the right to declare that bet void and issue a refund.
• Betting limits may change in accordance with cvc6's set rules.
• Live betting offers may change in real time.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The rules for each game are described within that game.

7.3 Technical Issues

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical error, cvc6 will make a decision based on server logs. This decision will be considered final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvc6 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or participating in betting syndicates.
• Using automated bots, software, or any other automated method.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or bug in the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 cvc6's Authority

cvc6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraud, forgery, or illegal activity is suspected.
• If verification documents are not provided.
• Due to responsible gaming concerns.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may send an email to [email protected]. Any approved balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

cvc6 accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game or bet remains incomplete due to internet disconnection, power outage, or technical issues.
• Due to errors or delays by a third-party payment provider.
• Due to issues with the user's own device or software.
• Due to third-party access resulting from improper storage of the user's account credentials.
• Force Majeure — if service is disrupted due to natural disasters, epidemics, or government directives.

The cvc6 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, but every effort is made to provide the highest quality of service.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

cvc6 gives the highest importance to the protection of users' personal information. In accordance with our privacy policy:

• Collected personal information is used only for the purposes of providing services, verification, and fraud prevention.
• All transactions and data are kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions and Their Effect

• If you continue using the platform after updated terms and conditions are published, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms and conditions.
• In the event of any dispute, the applicable laws of Bangladesh will be followed.
• Even if any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
